WOW!  Our group, took a bit of a hit in attendance over the holidays, but this month it was backup to 10 page spreads here, and a couple more coming!! You MUST come see the pages on display and really think about joining us!!  Fabulous fun!

Current Packet:  Pages made for April’s meeting will be with the Junior line from American Crafts.

Next Meeting:  Thursday, April 22 @ 6pm

The group setup:  Everyone will be awarded a month to pick a packet.  Packets will be $10 or less, product from Scrapper’s Haven.  It will be a good idea for the "picker" to work with Katrina early to make sure we have enough of the desired product in stock.  The packet will be used to make one 2-page spread, with *most* of the packet used.

Picker’s Lineup:

For April: Christy F.

For May:  Kathy Y.

For June:  Jackie T.

For July:  Katrina M.

For August:  Carrie R.

For September:  Christy F.

For October:  Angie G.

Come join us ANYTIME if this sounds good to you.

Moved and Open… newsletter in a day or two!

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

Hello!!  We are open in the Mall!!  It is wonderful to be moved, though the amount of work was a bit overwhelming a couple of times.  We closed on Wednesday at 2 (officially), but started packing earlier than that!  We worked long hours Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Not to take away from the appreciation I have for everyone who helped me…I have to say special Thank YOUs to two individuals.  My Dad, Dick King, who is the only person who can completely exhaust me!  He works tirelessly and is a complete perfectionist.  There is no way I could have done this without him.  I love you Dad, Thank You.  Megan Mill.  She practically lived with me for three days straight.  She moved product, cleaned, organized all the volunteers, told me when I was wrong and kept my spirits up when I got a little discouraged.  Above and beyond my dear.  Thank you.

BIG thank yous to all of my good friends who were available to help.  I am listing you… and I just PRAY I don’t forget anyone!  Please forgive me in advance if I do, and call me to tell me, so I can add you!  Alphabetical…

Deb Banicki.  Frank Blahnik.  Mary Clark.  Marilyn DuCett.  Christy and Jeremy Ferrington.  Cyndy and Mark Fremling.  Kathy and Marlin Ghelfi.  Chris King.  Morgen Koenig.  Ruth Korder (here nearly EVERY day!).  Cathy and Dick Mayer.  Jason Mill. Jen & Lorenz Oliver-King.  Stephanie Reed.  Christine Robinson.  Deb Schroeder.  Patty Schuh.  Bev Seppa.  Adam Volkert.  Bryan Volkert.  Chuck Volkert.  Colleen Volkmann.  Cathy Yackel.

From the bottom of my heart… thanks.

Now!  Everyone come see the new store… lots of new stuff too!  :)  (I have the calendar done and will hopefully have a newsletter in a day or two…)
