Tonic Sol Fa - Date night!

Saturday, December 16th, 2006

You know you have been married a long time when on a Friday Night "date" you find yourself at Menards or the grocery store.  This happens to me all the time!  But not  THIS Friday!!  Chuck and I went to Tonic Sol Fa’s Holiday Tour Concert in Rochester on Friday night (Dec. 15).  This is the 5th or 6th time I have been to see them, and Chuck is only one or two behind!  They are FANTASTIC!  If you have not been to see them or have none of their CD’s you are really missing out!  I "discovered" them several years ago at a business meeting/party.  I have been a fan ever since.  Check out their website www.tonicsolfa.com.  It lets you hear bits of the songs on the CD’s and there is a great Shaun, Mark, Gred, Jared & Me!video that introduces you to the group.

Here’s me with Shaun, Mark, Greg and Jared!!

(Fancy that - more boys… just what  I need!!  LOL)

Best Scrapbook Shelf = YOUR Ultimate Scraproom!

Monday, December 4th, 2006

I have been having such FUN today.  Our order for our display examples of Best Scrapbook Shelf Stackables came in today.

Chuck and I spent a couple hours assembling them and they are terrific looking.  These would be such a great thing for you to have in your own workroom!!  We will be doing drop ship orders for you.  Order one mini stackable or enough to completely redo your workroom.  Our best addition to the project is that we will help you with the math, we love to grid out your room and figure what you need to fit and we will help you decide what drawers and paper shelves you need to have to make your ULTIMATE Scraproom!  With flat rates on shipping, there are no surprises when they come — right to your door, by the way!!

The only bad part:  I ordered "samples" that will go into my own workroom at home, for when I have one less boy living there… so now I am so excited about getting my workroom back that I might have to start kicking out boys!!  (Ok, not really!)

A Cricut weekend

Tuesday, October 17th, 2006

10/17/06: I took the Cricut home with me last weekend… I wanted to really give it a test run (you know, make sure it isn’t going to be one of those "must have" tools that are sitting on the shelve gathering dust). So, I set myself up a "temporary" work area in the living room (I can’t access my craft room since Bryan moved back home-but that’s another story) and put the Cricut right beside me. At that point I had not yet purchased another cartridge, so was still working with "just" George (which is the one that comes with the machine).
