What is your Return Policy?
Many of our products do not carry Manufacturer’s Warranties, so we are unable to give refunds on any unpackage merchandise; sales of these items are final. All other packaged products that are unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days (with a reciept) for a cash or credit card refund. After 30 days, you will recieve store credit for the amount of the return.

How long have you been scrapping?
Katrina has been scrapping since about 2003. I was bitten by the bug in a big way, as just looking at the store can attest to. I enjoy learning more from all our dedicated customers, as well as helping you with what I know also. I also have the opportunity to take classes at our trade shows to learn about all the latest techniques and products.

Do you do Special Orders?
We love to do special orders any time it makes sense. If you are looking for anything in particular, please just let us know, and we can look into it for you! (Please understand when we are unable to do special orders due to minimum order quantities or lack of a vendor relationship.)

Do you have a Frequent Buyer Program I can purchase?
No, our Frequent Buyer Plan is FREE to all registered customers, all you have to do is agree to recieve our emials, sign up on the e-mail list and come see us to benefit!

You will receive 1 point for each dollar you spend on anything in the store (includes all products, but not gift certificates) Once you reach 100 points, you will get a voucher for $8.00. So, in other words, for every $100.00 you spend, we give you $8.00. Remember, our computer tracks EVERY PENNY you spend, rather than getting a stamp for every $5 or $10. The Rules:

  • We will run vouchers after the last day of each month.
  • You can have more than one voucher out at a time, if you feel like "building them up" to make a special purchase, but each voucher will expire after 2 months.
  • Vouchers will be printed at the end of each month giving credit for all your purchases over the last 12 months (once you reach a $100).
  • Vouchers are non transferable.
